Parties, Summer Schools &

Performances Opportunities...

There isn't much we can't provide here at Charlotte Jacqueline School of Dance and each year we strive to provide bigger and better opportunities for all our students and customers alike!

Each year we are very lucky to be invited to perform at numerous events through the calendar year and where possible we try to include as many students into each performance!

Examples of opportunities include performances at local care homes, VE Day celebrations, Summer Fairs, Carol Concerts,  Christmas Markets, Richmond 950 Celebrations, charity concerts, BBC's Countryfile Live Event and much more!

On top of this all students are invited to participate in our biannual dance production held at the Forum in Northallerton. This is a big event for our schools and it provides students with invaluable on-stage, back-stage and performance experience! Our next productions is scheduled for June 2023.

If its always been your dream to waltz around the dance floor on your wedding day, then look no further!

Our 'first dance' classes are done on a 1 to 1 basis and choreographed specially for each individual couple to ensure that the dance is personal to you. Whether your after a romantic waltz for the bride and groom or a more upbeat flash mob for the entire bridal party, we are more than happy to help!

Out busiest time of year for wedding couples is March - September so please make sure you leave ample time (we recommended at least three months) to learn and rehearse your routine for the big day!

Prices and availability vary so please contact us for more information.

We regularly welcome a variety of groups into our studio to enjoy learning more about dance!

We frequently work with several local primary schools to enable them to experience creative dance classes, or learn more about traditional folk dances such as Morris and Yorkshire Long Sword.

In the past we have hosted groups such as Reeth & Wensleydale Young Farmers Clubs, Women's Institutes and local amateur dramatics for a variety of reasons such as 'Swing Dance Taster Nights' and Tea Dance routines.

"My child's highlight of the year is performing in his dance show with the school! The confidence he gets from going on stage is just outstanding. "
